网络经济是基于国际互联网络 ,面向 2 1世纪信息化社会的一种新经济形式。本文首先阐述了网络的内涵与特征 ,然后分析了网络经济对工程项目产生的影响 ,最后探讨了在网络经济环境下工程管理的对策

Networks economy is a new mode of economy based on internet and facing the informationized society of the 21st century.The connotation and characteristics of the development of networks economy are first expounded and,with the influence of networks economy upon engineering projects being analyzed,measures for the management of engineering projects in the environment of networks economy are finally discussed.
