摘要：

本文结合鲅鱼圈港散粮廊道基础钻孔灌注桩的工程实践 ,介绍了港口抛石层大口径钻孔灌注桩的施工攻关过程以及施工效果。阐述了较成功的港口抛石层大口径成孔工艺及其复合浆液的护壁特性。此工程成功引入 2号胶凝剂 ,扩大了原复合浆液的适应范围

Based on the engineering practice in the construction of the bored cast in situ piles for the foundation of the gallery for carrying bulk grains in Bayuquan Port,the paper presents the process to tackle the key technological issues in the construction of large diameter bored cast in situ piles in rock filled stratum in the port and the results thus achieved.The successful technology for drilling and forming large diameter bores in a stratum reclaimed with rock and stones and the property of compound slurry used to protect the drilled bores are also expounded in the paper.Gelatinizing Agent No 2 was also successfully used in the works,thus widening the scope of application of the compound slurry.
