Prefabrication of large T-shape beams for large bridges over express highways is often characterized by large precasting yards,tight schedule,high quality requirements and poor working conditions.The paper presents a description of the organization and various management measures for the in-situ prefabrication of the large T-shape beams for Contract A4-2 of Luoyuan-Changle Express Highway.
