长江口深水航道治理工程确定在长江口北槽采用双导堤、丁坝结合疏浚的工程措施,分期将原依靠疏浚维护的7m航道增深至125m。一期工程整治建筑物采用了袋装砂堤心斜坡堤和半圆体混合堤等新型结构,开发了专用软体排铺设船和抛石整平船等新型作业船舶,广泛采用新工艺、新技术,实施了严格的动态管理,目前工程进展顺利。

In order to deepen the waterway located in the north channel of the Yangtze river Estuary from 7m to 12.5m in three stages, two long jetties and groins combining with massive dredging work has been carrying out. In the first stages the sloping breakwater with sand filledbag core as well as semi circular breakwater are applied. In this project the new type working boats, such as special flexible platoon laying boat and foundation flatting barge, have been developed. The strict developing management is also employed. At present the project is under smoothly progressing.
