摘要：

本文讨论了极限平衡问题的求解方法，并对均质边坡与受垂直中心荷载的地基，给出了安全系数与地基承载力的精确计算公式。并将在以后的讨论中介绍一般边坡与地基的精确计算方法

This paper discusses limit equilibrium solutions and presents the accurate formula to calculate safety factors and bearing capacity of foundations for the homogeneous slopes and foundations subjected to the central vertical load. For the accurate calculation method available to the general slopes and foundations ,shall be describes in the later discussion.
