本文结合作者在国外参与 Ｅ Ｐ Ｃ 模式的工程项目实践中的体会和研究，对这种新型合同模式作了全面的介绍和分析，包括 Ｅ Ｐ Ｃ 合同产生的背景，订合同时风险的分担，招标与投标，支付方法以及管理方式等

Based on the author's experience and study of the application of EPC Contract in the International projects, this paper gives a detailed introduction and analysis of EPC Contract ,including the background of EPC Contract, the way in which the risks are shared by each party of the contracted project, bidding and tendering payment and management methods, etc.
