本系统为工程施工中的合同与索赔管理的计算机软件，可以为业主、承包商和监理工程师在整个施工过程中的进度、资金和质量管理、控制以及索赔提供科学、快捷的手段。

This system is a computer software for contract and claim for damages management in the period of the engineering construction. It can supply the property owners、contractors and supervisiong engineers with the scientific and convenient measures which they can take to handle the progress、fund、quality management、control and claim for damages.
