Prepacked aggregate concrete which is a new technique has been used in the bed plate of Zhongyuan 60000 dwt Dock. The paper reviews the selection of materials, production and property of the mortar and summarizes the experience and lessons acquired during the placing of prepacked aggregate concrete, which may be of referential value to similar projects.
