摘要：

文章从人员 (包括人员素质、人员组织、人员管理状况 ) ,环境和设备 (包括环境条件、安全设施状况 )等层面剖析了建筑市场安全生产中存在的问题 ,并依据《中华人民共和国安全生产法》等法律法规 ,阐述了建立安全生产长效机制应采取的几项措施。

The problems in safe production in the building industry are analyzed from the aspects of personnel(including the quality,organization and management of the personnel),environment and equipment (including environmental conditions and facilities to ensure the safety in production).Some measures that should be taken to establish a long-lasting mechanism to ensure the safety in production are proposed on the basis of the Safe Production Law of the People's Republic of China and other decrees and regulations.
