EPC/交钥匙合同条件下承包商将承担项目风险的大多数 ,承包商风险管理问题受到了工程项目管理专家学者的广泛关注。文章结合新版 FIDIC《EPC/交钥匙工程合同条件》,运用现代系统分析方法 ,对 EPC/交钥匙合同条件下承包商风险进行详细分析研究 ,建立了 EPC/交钥匙合同条件下的承包商风险的矩阵分析表 ,提出了EPC/交钥匙合同条件下的承包商风险管理策略

Under the conditions of contract for an EPC/Turnkey Project,a contractor will have to take most of the risks in a project.Hence,the contractor's risk management is now drawing great concern from the experts and scholars in the field of project management.In this paper,in conjunction with the latest edition of FIDIC's Conditions of Contract for EPC/Turnkey Project,a matrix analysis model is established for the contractor's risks under the conditions of contract for an EPC/turnkey project by using the modern systematic analysis method and on the basis of detailed analyses and studies of the contractor's risks under the conditions of contract for an EPC/turnkey project.In the meantime,some strategies are proposed for a contractor to better manage his risks under the conditions of contract for an EPC/turnkey project.
