根据核安全法规的原则要求 ,以两座滨海核电厂海域工程中的防波堤和防浪护岸设计为背景 ,探讨有关设计潮位和设计波浪的标准以及具体执行中的问题

According to the principle requirements of Nuclear Safety Regulations, the criteria for design tide levels and design waves as well as the problems in their implemetation are discussed using the design of a breakwater and a wave protective revetment for the coastal engineering works of two nuclear power plants as background.
