摘要：

本文根据波斯湾科威特海岸一座油码头重建工程实例的成功经验 ,较详细地介绍了在风浪大的海域中如何利用临时水平撑来保证各个原有墩体的安全 ,以利重建工程顺利施工。

Based on the experience in rebuilding an oil pier on the Kuwaiti coast, the paper presents how temporary horizontal bracings were used to ensure the safety of the existing piers when the winds and waves were high, thus facilitating the successful rebuilding of the jetty.
