Building of deep water berths of diaphragm walling in dug in harbour basin is one of the most prominent features of Jingtang Port, which is characterized by high speed construction and low cost. Comprehensive analyses and description are made on the advantages of dug in basins and berths of diaphragm walling as well as the major technical measures for ensuring the construction quality of diaphragm walling.
