摘要：

本文主要以大口径冲孔嵌岩灌注桩在和平客运站码头基础工程中的应用实例,阐述了灌注桩在港口工程中应用的特点,文中着重介绍了采用可重复使用的薄壁封闭式钢护筒和改进型YKC钻机在成孔过程中的作用以及对提高桩身质量的效果,并对施工工艺和注意事项有较详尽论述。

The case history of Heping Passenger Terminal where large diameter cast-in-situ piles embedded in rock by percussion drilling were built and used as the foundation of the quay is presented together with the description of the behaviour of this type of pile used in port construction. The thin-wall watertight steel casing which can be used repeatedly and the performance of the modified YKC drilling machine during drilling operations are emphatically expounded as well as their effect on the improvement of the quality of the piles. The pile driving process and the precautions to be taken are also fully described.
