摘要：

本文以秦皇岛煤港的橡胶护舷使用情况为依据,对系泊船舶护舷的力学性能和材质要求进行了详细论述,并对各种护舷的使用效果和经济效益进行了比较,强凋了对橡胶护舷科学造型的重要性,并对今后的护舷造型提出了建议。

Based on the experience in Qinghuangdao Coal Terminal where rubber fenders are used , the author presents in his paper a detailed review on the mechanical properties and material quality of fenders as required for moored vessels and a comparison between the effect and the economical benefit of various types of fenders. The author stresses the significance of a scientific selection of rubber fenders and presents also his recommendations for future selection of fenders.
