港口资源是国家十分守贵的资源，港口资源正面临着严重威胁。"威海港总体布局规划"实施建设过程中的种种问题，说明对港口资源保护的重要性，紧迫性和复杂性。为此提出了保护港口资源的几点措施和建议

Port resources are a precious resource of the country, which are facing serious threat.All sorts of problems that have been existed during the practice of the general plan layout of Weihai Port show the importance, pressing and complexity to the protection of port resources.Therefore several measurement and suggestion for protecting port resource have been given.
