在充分分析集装箱运输系统特性的基础上,提出集装箱泊位码头建设“纵向”和“横向”相结合的两维评估方法,并建立了相应的评估模型。该模型已应用于交通部水运研究所的MIS&DSS研究项目,所形成的应用软件被交通部综合计划司作为辅助决策工具

Based on the full analysis of the characteristics of container transportation system,a two dimensional method adaptable to perpendicular and horizontal evaluation for the construction of container terminal is presented.Meanwhile a correspond evaluation model is provided in this paper.The model herein has been applied in the investigation of MIS & DSS Project in the Research Institute for Water Transport Engineering,the Ministry of Communications,China.The software of the model has been selected as a supplementary tool in decision making of the Comprehensive Dept.of the Ministry of Communications,China.
