The ball grinder is a key equipment of Clinker Grinding Plant, the geometric dimension of two sets of ball grinders introduced from KPUPP PoLYSlUS Company in France is. 5. 4m X 17. 3m and it weights 168t. This paper introduces the methods of lifting ball grinders by three cranes and axial horizontal movement.
