摘要：

本文以广泛、丰富的资料列举了成功应用大型充砂袋的工程实例，论述了这种新结构的适用性。同时，紧密结合具体的工程条件，深入、重点地剖析了应用失败的四项工程实例，从中总结了波浪、风暴潮对大型充砂袋在海港工程应用中的影响；施工过程中结构的稳定性；充砂袋自身材料性能及充砂袋海上施工工艺等问题，并就这些问题进行深入的分析。

This paper, based on many information and data, cites some engineering cases of successfully applying large- size sand - filled bags, discusses the suitability of this new product. Meanwhile, 4 engineering cases which are failed in application are carefully analized. According to the cases mentioned above, the paper sums up the influence of waves and storm surge on the application of large-size sand-filled bag in port engineering, the stability of structure in construction process, the property of sand-filled bag and the construction technique of sand-filled bag on the sea and shows his ideas on these problems.
