杭州湾航道试挖和上海深水港建设

目前上海港面临的主要问题是通海航道水深不能满足大型船舶进出港需要,上海深水港建设的紧迫性日益突出。经对上海港两条通海航道——长江口航道和杭州湾航道进行比较,认为应加快长江口通海航道的整治,近期应加紧开发杭州湾深水航道。文章介绍了杭州湾航道试挖工程方案及工作进展情况,指出杭州湾航道试挖及对试挖槽的回淤分析研究将为上海在杭州湾开辟深水航道并建设深水泊位提供重要的决策依据。

The key problem facing Shanghai Port is that the water depth in the waterways to the open sea is not enough to facilitate large vessels' entering and leaving the port. The urgent demand for a deep water port in Shanghai has become increasingly prominent. After comparing the two waterways of Shanghai Port to the open sea-the waterway through Yangtze River estuary and the waterway in Hangzhou Gulf , the author holds that the reconditioning of the waterway through Yangtze River estuary should be sped up and the opening up of the deep waterway in Hangzhou Gulf should be expected. The program for a trial dredge in Hangzhou Gulf is presented together with the progress of the trial dredging work. It is pointed out that the trial dredge of the waterway in Hangzhou Gulf and the research and analysis of the siltation in the trial dredged trenches may provide an important basis of decision making for opening up deep waterways in Hangzhou Gulf and building deep water berths.
