本文介绍了首次在表层为很厚的硬壳层且地下水位又很低的特殊地基条件下,进行真空预压加固软土地基的施工与监测。当采用了必要的措施并经加固后,地基回弹模量为42.5~63.3MPa、大于30MPa的设计要求,沉降量与固结度均大于设计荷载下的95%,差异沉降等均满足并超过要求值。而且以水平排水板代替砂垫层中滤管的施工新工艺首次在工程中应用并得到满意的效果。

The paper described the treatment of soft foundation by vacuum preloading and the monitoring of such treatment. The method of vacuum preloading was first applied in a special case with rather thick hard surface stratum and low water table. The inspection showed that the modulus of resilience of foundation was 42.5—63.3 MPa, after consolidated, which exceeded the design requirement of 30 MPa, both settlement and consolidation degree were larger than 95% under design load, the differential settlement was also satisfactory, besides, the first application of horizontal plastic drains, instead of the filter tubes, was successful.
