摘要：

本文结合连云港气密性散粮筒仓的施工,叙述了如何保证筒仓满足气密要求的技术措施,文章认为:除慎重选择混凝土材料与配比外,筒仓设计时注意避免容积小而表面积大的情况,施工时应尽量避开夏季或采取措施防止混凝土内部水份过早蒸发。

The author, on the basis of the construction of the air-proof grain silos at Lianyungang port, describes in this paper the technical measures which have been taken to ensure the airtighmess of the grain silos. The author holds that, while adequate raw materials and mix ratio of the concrete for the silos should be carefully selected, the problems that a silo may have a small eapacity but a large surface area should be avoided at the stage of designing; and summers should be skipped, if possible, for the construction of grain silos, or necessary precautions should be taken to prevent the moisture in the concrete from early evaporating if construction is being done in summers.
