天津港东突堤重力式码头的清淤及清淤标准

摘要：

清淤工作是保证建造重力式码头工程质量的关键工序之一。本文结合天津新港在软基上建造重力式码头的实例,详细介绍了使用钢套箱和砂石泵的清淤方法以及检测标准。工程实践说明上述清淤方法是成功的。清淤抛石后进行适度夯实,对防止基床块石与MDM表面相对滑动是有效的,并能保证沉箱与基床面之间不致相对滑动。

Silt clearance is one of the key procedures to ensure the quality of gravity type quays. Supported by the casehistory of a gravity type quay built on soft foundation in Xingang Port, Tianjin, a silt clearance method, which involves steel boxes and sand pumps, and its inspection criterion are fully expounded and have proved successful in its actual application. A moderate compaction of foundation rocks, which were dumped after sill clearance had been completed, proves to be effective in preventing the relative sliding of the mass of MDM and the foundation rocks and also be able to ensure that no relative sliding occurs between caissins and foundation bed.
