本文从不同侧面论述了港口与港口城市在经济发展方面,互相依存、互相促进的关系,并提出了利用港口优势加快港口城市经济发展的论点。

This article gives an exposition from various aspects on the interdependence and mutual promotion between harbour and harbour city in their economical development and offers an argument for speeding up the pace of the economic development in harbour city by use of the advantage of the harbour.
