长江口深水航道治理工程已于今年1月正式开工。该工程的实施凝聚了几代人四十余年的研究成果。本文概要介绍了有关河势变动及整治工程措施方面的前期研究成果，可供关心长江口深水航道治理的各方面人士参考。

The formal commencement of the regulation project of the Yangtze estuary navigation was in January this year. In this project is embodied several generations over forty years of the results in research. This paper has introduced the results in the earlier stage about the river bed process and the measurement for the regulation project of the Yangtze estuary. A reference is given to the person who is concerned with the regulation project of the Yangtze estuary navigation.
