本文以索赔基本理论为基础,对工程索赔的组织管理模式和索赔工作在实施过程中所应注重的基础工作和技巧进行了探讨,使得索赔管理机构和索赔的具体工作有机地结合起来,就索赔中经常遇到的工期索赔、费用索赔和管理费索赔分类提供了一些定量计算分析。并以实例简要介绍了工程索赔的过程,以此对做好施工索赔工作起到借鉴作用。

Based on the fundamental theory of claims,this paper discusses the organization management mode in the project claims and the key tasks and skills for attention in the process of theproject in order to make a claim organization and its practical work be well connected. Some quantative calculations are provided for the claims of time limit of project,cost and management cost occured frequently in the project claims. In the paper the project claim process is introduced by a casehistory for the purpose of providing a reference for the project claims.
