本文较详尽地叙述了“七五”期间我国北方港口建设情况和技术发展。其中,真空预压软基加固和真空联合堆载预压,获两项国家专利,并在全国推广,在国际上处于领先地位。此外,预制出运大型沉箱技术、爆破夯实法处理水下抛石基床、普兰店跨海大桥施工新工艺、可潜式平台船预制沉箱及下水工艺等均体现了建港领域中的先进水平。本文还对今后十年的建港技术发展提出了进一步的要求。

The paper described in certain details the port construction and technological development in the Northern China in the past“The Seventh Five Year Plan” period.Particulary,the soft soil consolidation with vacuum preloading and the preload- ing with vacuum in combination with surcharge have been awarded two state patents and widely applied in all China,making it be in the lead in the world. Besides,the technologies of precasting and going out of large cassions,the tamping of rubble foundation with explosion,the new construction technology adopted in cross-bay bridge in Pulandian,caission precasting and launching with submersible platform,and so on,which all reflected the advanced level in the field of port construction.The paper also presented the further demands for the technological de- velopment in port construction in the next ten years.
