粉煤灰混凝土在散粮筒仑工程滑模施工中的应用

摘要：

本文主要介绍秦皇岛丙丁码头散粮筒仑滑模混凝土施工中掺粉煤灰的实际应用效果。通过工程施工应用,说明掺粉煤灰同时掺外加剂的混凝土,均能提高或满足工程对混凝土各种性能要求。虽然掺粉煤灰混凝土28天以前,强度发展缓慢,但后期强度发展较快,尤其混凝土密实性的提高,对防止钢筋锈蚀起到一定作用。

The paper briefly described the actual application effects of the concrete mixed with fly asb in bulk grain silos constructed with slipform in the 3rd and 4th Terminals in Qinhuangdao. The application showed that the concrete added with both fly ash and additives may meet the requirements of various performance. Although the strength before 28 days of the concrete with fly ash develops slowly,its strength in later period is incerased rapidly. However the higher density obtained with such concrete may play a certain roles in preventing reinforcement from corrosion.
