对采用排水固结法加固饱和软粘土地基来说,在理想井的情况下减小排水板间距可有效地缩短固结时间,在非理想井情况下如有涂抹作用存在时,排水板间距不能无限制地减小。文章通过实际工程的分析说明了在天津港南疆港区这种地质条件下,当塑料排水板间距小于0.7m时,进一步减小塑料排水板间距对缩短固结时间的效果不明显。

For saturated soft clayey foundations consolidated with the water discharging method,reducing the spaces between the prefabricated vertical drains may effectively shorten the time for consolidation of soil wherever there are ideal wells.If there are no ideal wells available and there exists the smear effect,the spaces between the prefabricated drains should not be reduced unrestricted.The paper illustrates on the basis of analyses of practical cases that,when the space between prefabricated drains is smaller than 0.7 m in the case of the geological conditions in the Nanjiang Port Area of Tianjin Port,further reduction of the space between prefabricated drains will produce no remarkable effect on shortening of time of consolidation.
