摘要：

通过对"三航抛4"机械设备的技术改造,提高了设备的完好率和生产效率,完好率由85%提高至99%,航速提至9.41 kn,解决了船机设备与施工生产日益突显的矛盾。文章就三航抛4的技术改造进行总结,并提出改造要点和注意事项。

With technical renovation of the equipment and machinery on Riprapping Barge Sanhang No.4,the intactness and productivity of the equipment on the barge was enhanced.The intactness of the equipment was increased from 85% to 99% and the sailing speed was increased to 9.41 kn,thus solving the ever-increasing contradictions between the equipment and the production.The paper presents a summary of the technical renovation of the selfpropelled Riprapping Barge Sanhang No.4 and also the highlights and precautions of the technical renovation.
