国际工程承包中的价格调整风险分析

摘要：

国际工程承包合同中列入价格调整公式同样存在着较大的调价风险,这些风险包括价格指数、调价项、价格调整权重系数的选择风险,如果在价格调整公式中加入了汇率因素,则又增加了货币汇兑的风险。针对价格调整公式中的汇率因素,分析了汇率标价方法、汇率因子如何影响调价结果,并提出了汇率风险控制的对策。

There are price risks caused by price adjustment in international contracts even though a price adjustment formula is listed in the construction contracts.These risks may include risks in the selection of the price adjustment indices,items for price adjustment and weightings for the formula.If exchange rages are included in the formula,risks in money exchange are also increased.For the exchange rates in the formula,the price indicating methods and influence of exchange rate factor upon the computing results of the formula are analyzed.And strategies are proposed for controlling the risks.
