试验针对金塘大桥箱梁海工混凝土所处环境的特点,采用粉煤灰与矿粉复掺和控制混凝土用水量的技术,配制C50预制箱梁海工混凝土。试验结果表明,C50箱梁海工混凝土工作性能和力学性能良好,掺入一定量的矿物掺合料可以提高海工混凝土抗开裂、体积稳定性、抗碳化和氯离子渗透等耐久性性能。

Tests were carried out in accordance with the characteristics of the environment where the marine concrete for the precast box girders is used for Jintang Bridge,in which the technology of mixing of fly ash with mineral powder and controlling the water content in concrete was used to produce C50 marine concrete for the precast box girders.The test results showed that the workability and mechanical property of the C50 marine concrete for box girders were good and the addition of mineral admixture of a certain amount may increase the durability of marine concrete,such as cracking resistance,volumetric stability,and resistance against carbonization and chloride ion infiltration.
