为了加强水运工程测量质量控制、质量检验及质量管理,根据交通部水运工程建设标准体系的规划和《交通部水运工程建设标准管理办法》的要求,制定了《水运工程测量质量检验标准》。文中重点讨论了该标准与我国有关标准的相关性、测量质量评分方法、测量质量检验程序及测量质量检验标准中不列入监理内容的理由,并对测量质量权重的划分问题及制图质量的检验内容等作了说明。以期能够在该标准的制定过程中广泛征求意见和建议,使该标准更加合理和完善。

To strengthen the control,testing and management of the quality of surveys for waterway transport works,in pursuance of the plan of the Ministry of Communications for the standard system for construction of waterway transport engineering works,and in line with the requirements defined in the Methods to Manage and Administer Standards for Construction of Waterway Transport Engineering Works by the Ministry of Communications,the Standard for Quality Inspection of Water Transport Engineering Survey is now being formulated.The paper focuses its discussion on the correlation of this standard with the relevant standards in China,the methods to evaluate the quality of surveys,the procedures to inspect the quality of surveys,and the reasons why contents of supervision are not included in this standard.The paper also clarifies the issues on the classification of weightings of survey quantity and the contents of inspection of mapping quality.The aim is to widely solicit opinions and suggestions during the preparation of the standard so as to make the standard more rational and perfect.
