航道整治建筑物在航道整治工程中起着举足轻重的作用,从工程实施的结果来看,毁坏相对严重。在比较其他建筑物结构可靠性设计理论和航道整治建筑物设计理论现状的基础上,提出完善航道整治建筑物设计理论先健全安全系数法,再建立可靠度设计理论的设想。采用可靠度设计有利于量化结构在设计基准期内的可靠性,为项目的经济技术分析提供数值依据。

Waterway regulating structures play a decisive role in regulating waterways and navigational channels,which are relatively heavily damaged during their operational service.On the basis of the comparisons of the theories of reliability design of other types of structures with the current design theory for waterway regulating structures,the concept is proposed that a perfect design theory for construction of waterway regulating structures should be established by first establishing a safety factor procedure and then the theory of reliability design.The adoption of reliability design will be beneficial to the reliability of the quantified structures in their design reference period,providing numerical basis for the economic and technical analyses of the project.
