文章主要对曹妃甸煤码头大型组合钢板桩施工工艺的探索过程及最终方案的选择及方案的实施进行了论述。结果表明,整个工程共振沉组合钢板桩875套,其中"H"型主桩全部达到设计标高;"AZ"型副桩95%达到了设计标高,其余也在设计允许误差范围内。沉桩效果良好。

The paper describes the researches on the technologies for driving of large assembled steel sheet piles in Caofeidian Coal Terminal,selection of the final driving method and implementation of the selected method.The results showed that,among the 875 sets of the steel sheet pile assemblies installed for the project,all the H-shape main piles were driven to the design depth,95% of the AZ-shape auxiliary piles were driven to the design depth,and the rest of the piles were within the design deviation.All the piles were driven with good quality.
