阐述了第四代港口的内涵。针对宁波港面临的机遇和挑战,分析了其向第四代港口跨越式发展的条件;并从集装箱运力、基础设施、服务功能、海陆一体化、经济腹地等5方面论述了其存在差距及努力方向。

The connotation of a port of the fourth generation is expounded.The conditions for Ningbo Port to develop itself into a port of the fourth generation by great leap forward development are analyzed in the face of opportunities and challenges.The gap and direction of efforts of the port to becoming a port of the fourth generation are expounded from the viewpoints of the carrying capacity of containers,infrastructures,function of service,integration of land and sea-borne services and economic hinterland.
