针对上海港罗泾港区陆域原始地质条件不仅差而且复杂、荷载大、工期紧的特点,基于现场试验和数值模拟等研究,提出了"浅层处理,利用使用期矿石分级压载,地基处理分几步到位,使用期调整"新设计理念。实践表明该方案不仅可以节省大量的人力物力,更为堆场的运行和附近钢厂的顺利投产提供了保障,取得了显著的经济效益。该方案可为今后其他类似工程的设计和施工提供参考。

The original geological conditions in Luojing Port are not only poor but also complex and the project was characte-rized by large working load and tight construction schedule.Considering the characteristics of the project and based on the field tests and numerical modeling,a new design concept of "initial treatment in the shallow stratum,placing of loads in stages with the storage of ore in the service period,and completion of soil treatment with multi-steps and readjustment in the service peri-od" was brought forward.The practice shows that the concept can not only save a mass of man power and material resources,but also ensure the smooth construction and operation of the ore terminal and the nearby steel works,which have achieved re-markable economic benefits.The concept may provide references for design and construction of similar projects in the future.
