碱渣作为一种特殊土,其工程性质与一般工程土不完全一样,这在碱渣的综合利用中必须予以重视。文章给出了一个利用碱渣造山的工程实例,并对其施工过程进行了监测。结果表明,碱渣山在堆建过程中基本上处于稳定状态,用碱渣来建造这种大尺度堆体是可行的。

Soda tailings,being a kind of special soil,have different engineering properties than common soils in some as-pects,which must be fairly considered when it is comprehensively utilized.A case of utilizing soda tailings to construct land-scape hills is presented and monitoring was conducted in the construction period.The monitoring results showed that the land-scape hill of soda tailings remained basically stable in the construction period and it is feasible to utilize soda tailings to build large scale massive heaps.
