旋喷桩自上世纪70年代引入我国,主要应用于陆上地基加固、组成闭合的帷幕或用于截阻地下水流和治理流砂等。文章介绍了国内首次采用沉入式大直径钢圆筒结构的广州番禺蒲洲海堤护岸工程中,采用双重管对13个直径13.5m的钢圆筒底部的水下软土地基进行旋喷处理,通过对各参数的调整与控制使软土地基达到了设计强度要求,为今后水下软土地基加固提供了成功经验。

Since the rotating jet piles were introduced in China in the 1970s, they have been mainly used to improve soft soils on land, to form a closed diaphragm, or to stop underground water and quicksand. During the construction of the revetments for Puzhou Sea Dike in Panyu, Guangzhou, in which sinking type large-diameter steel tubular stru-ctures were first used in China, twin-tube jet mixers were used to carry out rotating jet grouting to improve underwater soft soils at the bottom of thirteen steel tubular cylinders with a diameter of 13.5 m and adjustment and control of various parameters were made to make sure that the improved soft soils reached the design strength, thus providing successful experience for improvement of underwater soft soils in the future.
