摘要：

论述了根据施工生产需要,将一艘挤密砂桩专用施工船改造成700t起重船的技术思路、具体的施工过程和改造过程中的技术进步。改造后使用情况表明:起重能力和安全性能满足国家相关规范要求,而且节省了资金,缩短了建造工期。

In the light of the requirements of construction,the technical proposal and ideas to reconstruct one working boat special for compaction sand pile into a 700 t crane barge,and the technical improvement during the reconstruction of it are presented.Practice shows that the lifting capacity and safety coefficients of a 700 t crane barge can satisfy the requirements of relevant national standards,save money and shorten construction period.
