分体液压升降爬架适用于截面形状较为统一的高层、超高层,它构造简单、操作方便、经济适用,与传统外脚手架相比,其材料用量少,使用成本低,且建筑物越高越经济。文章介绍了属一类高层建筑的一航大厦工程中,分体液压升降爬架的设计与应用,分析了爬架的性能特点,总结了施工中常见问题的处理方法。使用结果表明,使用分体液压升降爬架方案,不仅节约了成本,还满足了工期紧张的要求。

A separated hydraulic lifting climbing frame is suitable to the high-rise buildings and over high-rise build-ings with a unified shape of section.A separated hydraulic lifting climbing frame is simple structure,easy operation,economical and usable,it is low quantity of materials,low costs compared with the traditional external scaffoldings.And the higher of the high-rise buildings is,the more economic of the cost will be.The design and application of the separated hydraulic lifting climbing frame in Yihang office building are introduced.The properties of lifting climbing system and the solutions to the problems in the construction are summarized.The practical results showed that such se-parated hydraulic lifting climbing frame not only save cost,but also satisfy the requirements of the construction period.
