海口泄洪闸工程位处黄海沿海浪溅区,混凝土结构长期遭受海水侵蚀,在工程建设中宜采用以高性能混凝土为主要措施的综合防腐蚀技术来提高混凝土的耐久性,包括混凝土的保护层设计、高性能混凝土配合比设计与优化、混凝土表面处理和施工组织与控制等措施。所得高性能混凝土的抗渗、抗冻、强度、抗硫酸盐和氯盐腐蚀等耐久性指标均满足要求,取得较好的技术经济效果。

The flood-relief sluice at sea gate is located at the splash zone of Huanghai coast,the concrete structures have been suffering from seawater corrosion for long time.The high performance concrete shall be used as main measures of anti-corrosion technology in the process of construction in order to raise the durability of concrete,It includes the design of concrete cover,the design and optimization of mix proportion of high performance concrete,the treatment for concrete surface and the organization of construction and control,etc..The indexes of durability of anti-permeability,frost-resistance,strength,sulfate-resistance and chlorideresistance of high performance concrete can satisfy the requirements.The better technical and economical results have been obtained.
