全旋转打桩船“海力801”超长超重钢管桩沉桩技术

摘要：

摘要：结合象山港公路大桥的钢管桩桩基施工，介绍“海力801”全旋转打桩船采用S原280 型双作用液压锤和
GPS卫星定位技术，沉放超长、超重、大直径钢管斜桩的施工技术。施工效果良好，可在大型海上、跨江桥梁工程
和港口工程中推广应用。

Abstract：Combining the construction of the steel pipe pile foundation of Xiangshan Port Highway Bridge， this paper
introduces the “HaiLi 801” whole rotating piling ship adopts S - 280 type dual acting hydraulic hammer and GPS satellite
positioning technology，and the construction technology of sinking ultra-long-weight and large diameter steel pipe piles. The
construction has good effect can be applied for large marine project，river-crossing bridge project and harbor engineering.
