Abstract:The cyclic elasto-plastic model was used to analyze damage principle of port building through numerical analysis
and shaking table experiments. Select caisson quay wall on the construction of ports as the object of study,use cyclic
elasto-plastic model,FE-FD coupled numerical analysis method to simulate seismic response of large-size caisson quay wall
under earthquake. Then adopt the under-water shaking table model experiments for verification. Comparing the results of
different methods,destruction trend is similar. It is conclusion that cyclic elasto-plastic model is valuable in seismic theory and
in the actual projects of ports plays a bedding role for promotion.
