Abstract：The drainage consolidation method is in common use to soft ground improvement. During the construction，the data
in field are very important to control the construction speed for the operation safety and quality. Based on a comprehensive
analysis of the practical engineering condition and close monitoring，it is presented the stability of ground and the quality of
ground improvement were kept well under the state of monitoring data in excess of the prescribed standard during the
construction，and a practical instant had proved it.
