Abstract：Based on the roadbed filling work in Chongming-Qidong Tunnel Construction（Shanghai section），technical
requirements for the fine-sand filling construction at Yangtze Estuary are discussed in the paper. Parameters of the allocation of
compact machineries，compact solutions, and optimal rate of water content and so on are concluded by the contraction，which
the roadbed filling construction of fine sands can be referred to.
