水运工程测绘新技术应用回顾与展望

摘要：

重点对GPS定位技术、GPS 高程测量、全站仪及RTK 数字地形测量、RTK 三维定位模式下的水深测量、
数字化地图和电子海图制图技术及地理信息系统等测绘新技术应用进行了回顾和展望。为测绘新技术的研究和开发，
广开新的发展思路，拓展更加广阔的应用空间。

In retrospect and prospect, the presentation is focused on the application of new surveying & mapping technologies
like GPS positioning，GPS height measurement，digital topography using total station & RTK, bathymetric survey in the mode
of RTK 3D positioning，drawing technique of electronic chart and digital map，and geographic information system，which
expand more broad application for the research and development of new surveying & mapping technologies，and create new
development thoughts.
