No 4 and No 5 Berths of Luneng Wharfs in Fuzhou Luoyuan Bay were using BOX piles and AZ piles as the front
quay wall，which are rarely used in China. Through comparison test and improvement of the pile making（welding technology），
handling （location of lifting points） and construction techniques，corresponding technical measures are adopted based on
different geologic conditions and some easily occurring quality problems. It reduces construction costs，accelerates construction
progress，and ensures the project quality.
