PHC静压管桩在铁路制梁场施工中的应用

摘要：

为了解决梁场地基处理施工方案中钻孔桩冬季施工、环境污染、投入大等问题，在哈大铁路客运专线24 号
梁场地基处理中采用了高强预应力管桩（PHC）。实施结果表明，PHC 管桩较钻孔灌注桩、人工挖孔桩具有施工速度
快，受冬季气温低、场地限制影响小，工厂预制且工艺成熟，对环境造成的污染小，成本低等优势，在梁场建设中
可以大面积推广应用。

In order to solve the problems of winter construction，environmental pollution, and big investment of drill pile in
precast yard sub-grade treatment, adopted high strength pre-stress pipe pile in No.24 precast yard in Hada Railway Special
Line. Practice shows that the PHC pipe pile is more mature than drill cast-in-place pile and manual drill pile. It is precasted in
factory and constructed fast，and the cold weather in winter and yard limit make few influence to PHC. The PHC also has the
advantages of little environmental pollution and low cost，so that it can be widely used in precast yard construction.
