In operation，different types of material need to be loaded and unloaded at intervals in some terminals, liquid bulk
handling also need to be done in the general cargo terminal，because the liquid bulk has the characteristics of inflammable，
explosive and fire hazard, the handling process must be carefully considered according to the situation of the project. Through
analysis of the design experience of liquid bulk handling technology in the general cargo terminals that have been built, and
summary of the design features，it provides reference for the process design of similar works.
